Not nearly as beautifully written and deeply heartfelt as "Squatters in Paradise A Yellowstone Memoir" James Perry worked in YNP for 20 seasons so his book captures feelings between the words that Circling Yellowstone can't touch - I found this book to be more like a long list of things written about while the author was in YNP, and the list doesn't make for a whole or wonderfull story.
This book was very well written and I loved it! It also helped me as I plan for my roadtrip out to Yellowstone. I definitely recommend this book!!

I spent 6 summers at Yellowstone. I worked at the Hamilton store at Fishing Bridge and Old Faithful. I remember hot potting at Mammoth, pizza at the K Bar, Christmas in August and making life long friends. Every chapter brought back wonderful memories. I've worked at other national parks but there is definitely something special about Yellowstone.
It will always be my favorite park.
